Oversee the training, certification, and continued education of swim instructors to ensure high-quality lessons and safety standards. Provide coaching, mentor staff, and manage customer inquiries to ensure a world-class experience for students and parents.
Requires experience in swimming instruction and preferred leadership experience in aquatics or education. Must be able to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguard certifications within 90 days of hire.
