The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will perform mobile advanced wound care services, including debridement and treatment planning, for patients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities. They are responsible for documenting patient diagnoses, managing patient care, and providing education to ensure high-quality health outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current state license as an NP or PA in Arizona and possess a valid driver's license with required auto insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the role requires the ability to travel locally to provide in-home care.

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a full-service mobile wound care company that delivers quality services/treatments to patients in the comfort of their own home. We are a fast-growing organization and our mission is to provide high-quality care, treating the whole patient's health, not just the wound. We have high and excellent standards for communication with the agencies we work with, are available and responsive to meet the treatment needs of our patients, and prioritize training/continuing education to our medical team.
This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.
No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.

We also provide Wound Care and Dermatology training for our medical staff and our client’s facility staff to help prevent wounds from occurring and from further progression. West Coast Wound and Skin Care is committed to providing high-quality care to the individuals we serve. We value the whole patient’s health, not just the wound. To achieve this goal, we have excellent standards for communication with the agencies we work with, are available and responsive to meet the treatment needs of our patients, and prioritize training and preventative education for the medical team.
