The Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams using Agile methodologies. They will collaborate with stakeholders to manage backlogs, conduct user interviews, and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and project risks.
Candidates must have 10 years of professional experience and a strong background in software development and Agile/SAFe methodologies. Expertise in JIRA, excellent communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance are required.
