Suru provides mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes, and therapists value the longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and continuity of care.
Join our established network of 50+ PTA and OTA professionals. Suru gives home-health clinicians an easy way to help appropriate patients continue therapy after discharge.
How Does It Work?
You can submit a referral through the Suru mobile app or web app. Suru then confirms the patient's interest, checks insurance eligibility, and arranges a Telehealth evaluation with the appropriate licensed PT or OT. When the patient is clinically ready for follow-up treatment, you may continue seeing the patient in the home.
Suru can also notify you when other patients become available in your service area. You decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity.
Onboarding is completed through the Suru mobile app or web app. The app collects your professional and business information, service area, availability, and desired rate. Once you are ready to treat, Suru notifies you when a patient is available in your area or when a patient you referred is ready for the next step.
Referrals are optional and unpaid. Referring a patient does not guarantee or prioritize an assignment, and patients remain free to choose their provider. Suru never pays for referrals.
Suru clinicians work as 1099 independent contractors. An LLC is not required, but onboarding requires an active California professional license and a local business license before treating patients.
