The Facilities Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and handle general repairs including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks. They are also responsible for managing facilities tickets, maintaining fleet vehicles, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance and proficiency with mechanical and electrical hand tools. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage ticketing systems, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and climbing ladders.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.

The base pay for this role is S3: $39 S4: $42 hourly.
