The LPN supports value-based care protocols by performing specialized tests and gathering baseline patient data. They are responsible for documenting visit reasons and ensuring a safe patient experience through clinical knowledge.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and have completed an accredited LPN program. A current active state LPN license along with BLS and CPR certifications are required.
As a License Practical Nurse (LPN) in a ProMedica Physician office setting, you will support best practices and protocols for value-based care.
You will perform specialized tests, gather baseline data from the patient and document reasons for the visit. You will provide a safe patient experience while showing your clinical knowledge.
The LPN will efficiently utilize practice resources such as medical supplies, office supplies and time management.
