WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Forest Park Apartments, a 112-unit market rate, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit housing community located in Springfield, MA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The pay range for this role is $21.00-$27.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
