The Practice Manager oversees daily operations, staff management, and financial performance for general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services. They are responsible for driving growth initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and managing relationships with doctors and patients.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of dental office experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree and management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a deep understanding of commercial insurance or Medicaid billing are required.
The Practice Manager oversees the successful implementation and management of all three Benevis business lines of general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services in the office. This role manages the day-to-day functions of the office, but also growth initiatives, assists in training office staff, owns the relationships with doctors, and ensures operational excellence in partnership with the Director of Operations.
