The Staff Accountant assists with core accounting processes including month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. They are also responsible for the operational and strategic management of accounts payable and expense compliance.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment are required.

The Staff Accountant is a team member who reports directly to the VP, Controller assisting with various accounting processes. The Staff Accountant will assist with accounting processes such as month end closing, bank account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset management, and journal entries. The Staff Accountant is also responsible for transactional, operational, and strategic management of accounts payable. Accounts payable processes include all aspects of expense management such as corporate credit card, expense reimbursements, and accounts payable processing and reconciliation. This position will support multi-entity and multi-location operations.
