The District Manager is responsible for the field execution of sales initiatives and the training and development of Sales Representatives. They manage sales performance, conduct strategic negotiations with key accounts, and organize territories to achieve placement objectives.
Candidates should ideally have a four-year college degree and one to two years of management experience in the adult beverage industry. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.
