Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for chemical contract manufacturing and tolling partners to ensure security of supply and reduce total delivered cost. Lead RFx events, negotiate commercial supply agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product transfers and scale-up activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business with at least 5 years of contract manufacturing procurement experience. Must have proven skills in negotiating supplier agreements and managing external partners within a manufacturing environment.
The Procurement Manager - Contract Manufacturing is responsible for delivering business results through sourcing and supplier management for chemical contract manufacturing and tolling partners supporting Ecolab’s Institutional and Industrial portfolio. This role focuses on security of supply, total delivered cost (TDC), contract execution, and supplier performance, while partnering closely with Operations, RD&E, Quality, Planning, and other cross‑functional stakeholders. This position will report to the Sr. Procurement Manager.
Stakeholder/Supplier Management/Collaboration:
Hybrid Role (3 days onsite at either Naperville, IL or St. Paul, MN)
Open to Relocation to Naperville, IL or St. Paul, MN
