About the Role
As a Dining Room Manager, you will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary focus is ensuring consistent, guest-focused service through strong leadership, clear communication, and active presence on the floor. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to coordinate service flow, support team performance, and resolve guest needs with care and professionalism. This role requires the ability to coach and motivate others, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership directly contributes to guest satisfaction, team engagement, and the overall success of the restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous restaurant management experience in a service-driven environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to high standards of service, safety, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
Proven success coaching and developing front-of-house teams
Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and cost awareness
Familiarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest service
Partner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operations
Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
Support restaurant goals through effective scheduling and labor management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
Participate in training, special events, and company initiatives that strengthen team culture

Benefits offered:
Overtime along with an incentive percentage of 0% - 1.55% is decided upon hire and is based on the operating profit of the Restaurant and paid out in accordance of our incentive and period-based cycle.
Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after 1 year and 500 hours of employment. Vacation and Sick Time are each separately front loaded at the beginning of the calendar year with 10 days annually and prorated depending on the time of year. Additionally, each manager will have 3 personal floating personal days to be used annually.
