The technician is responsible for maintaining the building's physical appearance and ensuring the functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must also manage work orders, maintain equipment, and ensure all work areas are kept clean and orderly.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of building maintenance experience or equivalent trade experience. Proficiency in operating power and hand tools, along with a general understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, is required.
