The Middle School Coordinator is responsible for leading and developing the middle school ministry, including weekly gatherings and student engagement. This role involves building relationships with students and families, recruiting and training volunteers, and executing the overall vision of the youth ministry.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in student ministry or education and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or education is preferred.
SUMMARY

This role is responsible for creating engaging, Christ-centered environments where middle school students can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and take steps in discipleship.
