Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to perform manual labor and the flexibility to work overnight, weekend, and after-hours shifts.

Porter also support event setup and cleanup when necessary and respond to cleanliness concerns as they arise. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally and courteously with property staff, tenants, and visitors.
