The Senior Salesforce Practice Architect will lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce ecosystems for public sector clients. This role involves strategic engagement, proposal support, and driving technical innovation to align platform solutions with mission outcomes.
Candidates must have 12+ years of experience in Salesforce or SaaS enterprise solutions and 5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required, along with the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust or Security Clearance.

12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions
5+ years of experience leading the development of complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background, including integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance
Must reside and work within the United States
Certified in one or more mainline certifications, with preference for the following:

Experience leading large-scale public sector modernization initiatives
Prior consulting or systems integrator experience supporting enterprise clients
Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows to accelerate software delivery within Salesforce environments.
