Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are required to meet quality monitoring standards of 95% or above.

They will be responsible for ensuring requests are processed accurately and timely with appropriate follow through. This individual is expected to meet departmental objectives by being a responsive team member while using good judgment.
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
