Lead the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Intervention Program, including supervising clinical and nonclinical staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide direct client services when necessary and manage program budgeting, billing, and community partnerships.
Requires a Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline and at least 3 years of post-degree experience, including one year of supervisory responsibility. Must obtain Pennsylvania Act 33 and 34 clearances and verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status.
