Assist with the assessment, education, and rehabilitation of consumers with behavioral health and substance use disorders. Collaborate with clinical staff to implement individualized rehabilitation plans and document consumer progress.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior human services experience preferred. Candidates must obtain CCM, BLS/CPR, and CCMC certifications, and possess necessary legal clearances.

We are widely recognized across Allegheny County for providing the highest quality of support and service to our participants, and serve individuals diagnosed with behavioral health and substance use disorder.

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior human services experience preferred.
May in the course of their duties be in rooms where medications are stored or may transport medications when they transport patients.
Transportation of medication is limited from one department to another.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Valid Pennsylvania drivers license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
CCM training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
