A degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience working with middle or high school youth. Candidates must obtain various clearances, including Child Abuse and FBI clearances, upon hire.

The Teen Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of high-quality teen programming designed to promote academic success, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, workforce readiness, mentoring, and social-emotional growth. This role builds meaningful relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where teens can thrive.
CPR/Pediatric First Aid, Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History, FBI Clearance, NSOR Certificate, TB Test, Mandated Reporter Training, and other required certifications must be obtained upon hire or within established timelines.
