The role supports a diverse workforce, including clinical, administrative, and union-represented staff, in a dynamic, 24/7 healthcare environment. The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting a positive, equitable, and legally compliant workplace environment across assigned departments within Temple Health. This role advises managers and employees on performance management, conduct, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters. The Employee Relations Specialist conducts prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations; analyzes findings; and recommends appropriate corrective or disciplinary action consistent with organizational standards and applicable employment laws. This position partners closely with operational leadership to resolve employee concerns, ensure consistent application of policies, mitigate organizational risk, and promote fair and respectful employment practices within a complex healthcare environment.
