The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. They must ensure strict adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
Candidates must possess strong judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and the ability to provide transportation to and from work are required.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
