ReachMobi is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Part-Time Office Coordinator to support our Philadelphia office operations. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and productive workplace experience for employees, candidates, and visitors.
The Office Coordinator will serve as the onsite point person for day-to-day office needs, ensuring the workspace is well maintained, supplies are stocked, employees have what they need, and office operations run smoothly. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys creating a positive workplace experience.
To best support our Philadelphia team and office operations, this role is performed onsite in our Philadelphia office Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
