Correspondez-vous au profil ?
Vous disposez de compétences techniques Maintenance et EHS. Vous êtes rigoureux(euse) organisé(e) et avez une bonne gestion des priorités. Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et maitrisez parfaitement Excel. Vous possédez une habilitation électrique.
Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?
Rattaché(e) au Responsable EHS Métiers Haute Joaillerie, vous participez aux actions de maintenance du site et des outillages de production. Vous participez également au développement des objectifs, des cibles et des plans d'action destinés à améliorer l'efficacité du système EHS, diminuer l'impact sur l'environnement de l’activité et assurer un milieu de travail sain et sécuritaire.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions :
Maintenance
Vous participez au maintien en bon état du site en pilotant les intervenants internes & externes ;
Vous mettez en place et suivez des plans de maintenance des sites et des outillages ;
Vous participez et développez les outils nécessaires pour assurer les plans de maintenance : montage et pratique de la GMAO (gestion par anticipation des besoins machines, planification, etc) ;
Vous êtes en charge de la maintenance préventive (maintenance annuelle des lasers, des fondeuses, des fours, etc) et de la maintenance curative (changement de pièces, résolution de bugs, etc) ;
Vous mettez en place les postes de travail : amélioration, réparation au besoin ;
Vous établissez des plans de prévention avec les prestataires ;
Vous avez en charge l’animation maintenance : rappel du port des EPI, bonnes pratiques, etc.
EHS
Vous aidez à la préparation, conduite d’audits internes et externes et à la mise en place de plan d’actions et de mesures correctives si nécessaire ;
Vous mettez à jour le système de gestion EHS des Ateliers ;
Vous êtes le référent au sein de l’Atelier sur les problématiques liées à l’hygiène et la sécurité des salariés.
Vous serez en charge, avec les membres de l’équipe, de la gestion administrative à travers la gestion des budgets d’investissements EHS & l’élaboration des outils de contrôle de l’activité (reporting mensuel, études ponctuelles) et enfin des tâches administratives liées à l’activité de l’Atelier.

One of a Kind
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. The shapes of the collections are all inspired the historical archive drawings and by the very first creations of the founder, Mario Buccellati. Today the Maison is owned by Richemont and the Buccellati family is still present in the company with top managerial functions, ready for our next 100 years of history.
