The Senior Payroll Coordinator will manage complex payroll tasks, including final settlement calculations, social security verification, and DSN management. They will also participate in HRIS configuration, accounting reconciliations, and support cross-functional projects involving IT and regional systems.
Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll management, ideally in international or multi-site environments. A degree in payroll, HR, or accounting is required, along with fluent English skills and strong technical expertise in payroll regulations.

Poste & Responsabilités
Le service paie est organisé autour d'un senior payroll manager (pilotage, relation RH/direction, projets), d'un payroll manager (encadrement de l'équipe et contrôle de la paie), et de gestionnaires/assistants paie répartis par niveau d'expertise. Le poste est à pourvoir suite au départ de la gestionnaire paie confirmée actuellement en poste.
Sous la responsabilité du Senior payroll manager, vous prenez en charge les sujets paie à forte technicité du service :
