Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and our website.

Providing clear and accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and pricing.
Maintaining and updating customer records with precision in our company database.

Qualifications
