The Tax Counsel will lead tax strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations while managing tax due diligence and compliance. They will also provide legal guidance on domestic and international tax issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, active bar membership, and 3-5+ years of relevant tax advisory experience. Proficiency in corporate and international tax, transfer pricing, and contract negotiation is required.
