Compliance, Systems & Records •Accurately record all hours worked, sessions, and events in Workday and Company-designated systems, and take all required meal and rest periods. •Maintain all required certifications and qualifications, including current CPR and AED certification and applicable NASM or other Company-approved certifications, and keep credentials current in Company systems (e.g., ClubConnect). •Complete all required onboarding and ongoing coursework through Company-designated platforms (e.g., MindTickle, ClubConnect). •Follow Company policy on client payment types and billing practices, and promptly report suspected falsification of records, theft, or other loss-prevention concerns. •Support and maintain Company cleanliness and facility standards within Personal Training areas. •Perform additional duties as assigned by the Company based on business needs.
