The Bed Flow Coordinator assesses, plans, and implements care plans for specific patient populations to ensure efficient throughput. They coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to manage hospital capacity and facilitate timely patient transfers.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience. Experience in ICU, ED, or a Transfer Center is preferred.

The Bed flow Coordinator assesses, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and timely patient placement and/or transfer. Coordinates and communicates capacity management plan to nursing units, leadership team, and physicians. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards of care as required by patient populations.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.47 - $69.73 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
