Requirements
Candidates must have leadership or mentoring experience within the disability sector and hold a current unrestricted driver's licence. A relevant qualification in Disability or Community Services is desirable, along with the ability to complete documentation and meet NDIS requirements.

As a Practice Leader with Lifestyle Solutions, you will support and guide Disability Support Workers to deliver high quality, person-centred supports that improve quality of life for the people we support.
This role combines hands-on support with team leadership, where you will model best practice, coach staff and build a strong, collaborative team focused on positive outcomes for customers.
What you will be doing 🫶
• Leading and mentoring Disability Support Workers to deliver quality supports • Observing, modelling and coaching best practice support approaches • Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals and build independence • Facilitating team meetings and encouraging teamwork and collaboration • Monitoring risks and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes • Supporting the implementation of behaviour support and health support plans • Ensuring services meet quality standards and NDIS requirements • Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Completing documentation including reports, incident records and audits • Working directly alongside customers and modelling high quality support delivery

What you will bring 💼
• Experience supporting people with disability, particularly those with complex needs • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within support teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to coach, guide and motivate team members • Strong organisational and problem solving skills • Confidence using systems to complete documentation and reporting • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain • Current drivers licence • Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services or similar are desirable
