The Project Manager oversees service teams performing structural and building envelope investigations, analysis, and remediation projects. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York, with at least 6 years of experience in building envelope assessment. Proficiency in building codes, facade surveys, and construction administration is required, with QEWI certification preferred.

The Role
PVEDI recently partnered with Stratus and is seeking a Project Manager within the Structures Team focusing on building envelope. The Project manager is responsible for oversight of service teams that perform investigation, analysis, and examination of a building as it relates to the structural elements, building envelope (façade/roof) and surrounding site conditions that affect the building’s overall performance. Review of ongoing work (reports, correspondence, calculations, drawings, etc.) of staff for the completion of project activities (field and office).
