Optimize fiber optic manufacturing processes through hands-on equipment work, experimentation, and data analysis. Support daily production setup, build prototypes, and provide technical training to production associates.
Requires an associate's degree or higher in engineering or a related field. Candidates should have experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
