Support the payroll team in processing fortnightly pay cycles for approximately 1,700 employees using manual and electronic methods. Manage employee queries, maintain HRIS records in Dayforce, and assist with HR administrative processing.
Requires 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably within the health or aged care sector, and proficiency with Dayforce or similar HRIS. Qualifications in Payroll, HR, or Finance are desired along with a current police check.

In this role you will support the existing payroll team to process up to approx. 1,700 employees with fortnightly pay cycles which is a combination of manual and electronic processing. You will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have previous experience in interpreting awards and agreements.
