The Senior Disruption Designer guides government clients through transformation initiatives using human-centered design and change management frameworks. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder research, developing communication and training plans, and measuring key performance indicators to ensure successful organizational adoption.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in change management and the ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance. A bachelor's degree is required, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic communication and collaboration tools.
As a Disruption Designer, you will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence™ framework; incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to focus on the people impacted by transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance. .

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
