The associate supports store goals by executing inventory management processes, shipment processing, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor. They also provide exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a high-performing team environment through operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move dynamically throughout the store for the duration of a shift.

OBJECTIVE
ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS
SEASONAL SCHEDULE
Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (January 22nd).
