Responsible for the safe operation of the Evaporator, Crystallizers, and associated CIP systems in a cheese and whey manufacturing facility. Ensures product quality and food safety by following SOPs, GMPs, and company policies.
Must be at least 18 years old with basic English, math, and communication skills. Preferred candidates have one year of manufacturing experience in machine operation and troubleshooting.
For our state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking an Evaporator Operator (nights). The Sweet Whey Evaporator Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the Crystallizers and the Evaporator, processes, CIP systems, lab equipment and various control instruments. All other duties as assigned.
