Perform ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease. Work under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor, Manager, or Director to provide patient-focused care.
Requires coursework or training in diagnostic ultrasound and at least one year of experience as an ultrasonographer. Must possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association and a New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program License if practicing in that state.
