The Quality Assurance Technician performs visual inspections and testing on products to ensure compliance with quality programs and industry standards. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records of tests and equipment certifications while working closely with production personnel.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or 1-2 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to work in a production environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and adhere to strict safety and quality policies.
Location: Lubbock, Texas
• This position combines hands-on technical analysis and administrative tasks.
• Time will be spent among office, production floor, and lab areas. A large majority of time may be spent working on the production floor. This is not a laboratory position.
• Work closely with production supervisors, production personnel, plant manager, and other personnel as required.
