About the Company
Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.
With each new collection, JMM embraces a unique palette of precious materials, rich colors, and striking geometric forms, which cleverly reference and beautifully reconfigure the striking individuals, artistic movements, and world events of previous centuries. All JMM eyewear is ethically sourced and produced with the utmost respect for industry partners' environment and wellbeing.
About the Role
As Jacques Marie Mage strengthens its product authentication and traceability capabilities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on IT Project Manager to lead Arianee enhancement projects and the implementation of RFID and product serialization. This role manages assigned work from planning through rollout and operational handoff, including scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, vendor deliverables, testing, and communications. The IT Project Manager works across Information Technology, Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, Customer Service, and external partners to translate requirements into executable plans and keep stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate combines disciplined project management, technical fluency, and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Delivery: Define project scope, objectives, work plans, schedules, milestones, resource needs, deliverables, and budget tracking, and drive assigned work through completion.
• Arianee Projects: Manage Arianee enhancements, releases, support initiatives, and related vendor work, translating approved priorities into clear project plans and deliverables.
• RFID and Serialization Implementation: Lead the RFID, serialization, and authentication project, coordinating hardware, software, data, integration, and business-process workstreams.
• Requirements and Process Management: Facilitate workshops and document business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and the lifecycle of serialized products from creation through sale, return, repair, replacement, and retirement.
• Risk, Change, and Decision Management: Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests; resolve routine blockers and escalate material risks or decisions to the Director of Information Technology.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Lead project meetings, assign and follow up on action items, manage vendor deliverables, and coordinate work across Commercial Systems, Business Systems, Integrations, department stakeholders, and external partners.
• Testing, Launch, and Adoption: Develop test and launch plans; coordinate user acceptance testing, pilots, training, cutover, communications, adoption, post-launch stabilization, and operational handoff.
• Reporting, Documentation, and Improvement: Prepare status reports and project records, maintain process and support documentation, capture lessons learned, and manage other Information Technology projects as assigned.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing technology projects, systems implementations, application enhancements, or related cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, change requests, decisions, and status reporting.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods and project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing releases, cutovers, or implementation launches.
Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, establish accountability, and coordinate global teams and time zones.
Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, data-quality concepts, and common testing practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and professional meeting communication.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
