The Supply Chain Security Leader will develop and maintain security programs to protect IKEA assets, people, and brand across the Americas region. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing incident responses, and fostering a risk-aware culture through training and stakeholder engagement.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of supply chain security programs like AEO, OEA, and PIP, along with strong risk assessment and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in English is required, with a preference for Spanish, and the ability to conduct detailed investigations and report writing is essential.

Risk Management & Compliance works closely together with the various organizational levels and provides support to:

3) Steer and lead compliance activities
In this role you will help safeguard People, Assets and Brand by proactively supporting the business with a focus on Supply Chain Security and influence managers as well as co-workers to establish a risk aware culture. You ensure compliance across the end-to-end supply chain for the Americas with local regulations and the Inter IKEA Group Policies for Supply Chain Security. You are the center of expertise in Supply Chain Security matters and actively work with the business to transfer knowledge into the organization.
