The Senior Manager, EHS will lead the development and execution of environmental, health, and safety strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. They will manage the EHS team, oversee site security, and partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or EHS. Preferred qualifications include Six Sigma certification, project management experience, and a proven track record in leadership and cultural transformation.
As the Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety you will be responsible for managing the reliable delivery of Stryker Employee Health and Safety strategy. You will execute Global Quality Operations (GQO) level strategy for EHS to drive strategy and creativity in site level initiatives. You will serve as a partner to the Business and key member of the plant leadership team
