The Trainer facilitates information on case management in child welfare for new and experienced workers and assists with curriculum development. They serve as a role model for the agency's practice model and provide regional pre-service sessions and training for resource parents.

Role Overview:
The Trainer will train and faciltate information to new and experienced workers regarding case management in child welfare. In addition this person will assist with curriculum development, maintain classroom management, and ensure customer service so workers have the tools they need to succeed in their role. As a Trainer, you will serve as a role model for the agency in ensuring the practice model is not only taught, but demonstrated at all times.
This position works primarily from the Central DCS Offices in Indianapolis, Indiana, and will be deployed as needed. Residency in the service area is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
