The Clinic Director will lead a team of clinicians to provide high-quality physical therapy services while fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture. They will also act as an equity partner, contributing to clinic growth, team development, and the overall patient experience.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a current or eligible physical therapist license in Pennsylvania. A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience is required, with a preference for those with outpatient orthopedic backgrounds and leadership experience.
This is more than a Clinic Director role — it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.
Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Student Loan Repayment or Relocation Assistance

Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
A passion for mentoring and developing others.
