Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in medical scheduling, medical terminology, and computer systems like Epic is preferred.

We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Imaging Scheduler to join our Breast Health Center team.
This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling breast imaging services, including screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and related imaging procedures.
The position also supports Breast File Room operations, including managing records, imaging documentation, and coordinating patient care workflows.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, providers, technologists, and support staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience with medical scheduling, imaging services, Epic, and breast health workflows is preferred.
