Oversee the full lifecycle of petroleum construction projects from planning to completion while leading and developing field crews. Partner with Project Managers to ensure jobs remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.
Requires proven experience in construction supervision or superintendent-level leadership with strong financial acumen regarding job costing. A valid driver's license is required, and UST A/B licensing is highly preferred.

Our DFW operation is backed by landmark multi-site contracts with national players running through 2028, multiple ground-up builds slated for this year, and a growing pipeline of smaller commercial projects hitting the schedule every month. To meet this demand, we are expanding our presence in DFW.
We are offering up to a $15,000 sign on bonus for this opportunity. This position has high visibility and high impact. We grow our leaders from the field up.
What Makes This Role Different
As Petroleum Construction Supervisor, you are the operational backbone of our field execution in DFW. You own the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-job planning through punch-list, while leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing field crew. You will partner closely with Project Managers and lead construction crews to keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and built to OWL standards.

This role combines field presence with office-based project coordination. Field work involves exposure to the typical construction environment — equipment, noise, temperature variation, and the physical demands of an active job site. Candidates must be able to perform tasks requiring up to 100 lbs. of occasional force and 50 lbs. of frequent force, including climbing, lifting, standing, and other physical activities standard to construction supervision.
