Candidates should have a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree, and ideally three years of mortgage lending experience. Proficiency in Encompass software and knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines are highly desired.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to ensuring an exceptional borrower experience while meeting all compliance requirements.

This role is based remotely, but if the selected candidate lives within a specific mile radius of Ruoff Mortgage Corporate Headquarters, they will be expected to report to the location three times a week or other frequency dictated by your manager.
