Description
Job Description: Our MPJV, CVTEK, is potentially seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the functional bridge between mission partners and the technical development team. In this role, you will analyze complex, legacy workflows spanning hundreds of modules, translate mission needs into Agile user stories, and formulate the documentation, training, and decommissioning plans critical to a successful system migration. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply analytic methodologies to address mission needs. Analyze and document business rules, functional capabilities, and acceptance criteria.
Decompose customer requirements into well-defined development artifacts for Agile sprint execution.
Review, develop, and update documentation for legacy modules prior to migration to ensure functionality and development history are accurately captured for the target environment.
Draft and maintain Module Decommissioning Plans, utilizing comprehensive dependency analysis to guarantee all critical data is identified for migration.
Execute the ADDIE training lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), conducting training needs assessments and creating user-specific curricula, interactive demo videos, and facilitator guides.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with mission partners, develop detailed user test scripts, load UAT test data, and track/prioritize UAT errors for the development backlog.
Maintain a knowledge base of common/known issues to allow user base self-mitigation, and develop Tier I/II Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident ticket resolution.
Facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Privacy Threshold Analyses regarding PII data handling to support RMF and compliance activities.

Location: Primary performance at the Contractor Site, with requirements to support classified/unclassified work at Government locations (Ft. Meade, MD).

Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in business/functional analysis or in a relevant field.
Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
