The Receptionist is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience by welcoming guests and managing visitor sign-ins. Additionally, the role involves answering incoming calls and performing various clerical duties while maintaining resident confidentiality.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. The role requires the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days and pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

The Receptionist welcomes every guest warmly and ensures visitors sign in and are screened if applicable. The Receptionist answers incoming calls and performs a variety of clerical duties. Maintains confidentiality of all residents. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
