Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with over 10 years of experience in packaging equipment engineering or capital execution. Must possess deep expertise in high-speed automated lines, hygienic design principles, and the ability to lead large-scale capital projects.

We are looking for a Staff Engineer - Packaging Systems SME to join Agropur.
Packaging Systems serves as the enterprise technical authority for packaging equipment and line systems across the manufacturing network. This role is focused on the engineering, integration, and performance of packaging machinery and capital assets, spanning bulk/B2B packaging, retail packaging lines, liquid filling systems, and solid product packaging.
This role is focused on packaging equipment, systems, and capital infrastructure—not primary package design or material development.
