Candidates should ideally hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in data management tools and familiarity with regulatory standards or HIS certification is preferred.

The Research Lab Assistant supports the successful execution of clinical research studies by ensuring efficient study operations, accurate documentation, and well-maintained lab environments. This role blends administrative, technical, and operational responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated research setting.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $20.36 to $27.76/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
